DUCAT India is a technology training institute offering industry-oriented IT courses and professional skill development programs. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to connect students with employment opportunities and build strong relationships with hiring companies.

Key Responsibility

- Coordinate student placements, internships, and interview schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
- Identify job openings suitable for students trained in Java, Python, Full Stack Development, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, and other IT domains.
- Arrange campus drives, walk-in interviews, virtual interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Share student resumes with hiring partners and coordinate the selection process.
- Track student placement status, interview outcomes, offers, and joining details.
- Prepare and maintain placement reports, databases, and MIS records.
- Guide students on resume building, interview preparation,



and professional communication.
- Follow up with employers and students to improve placement conversions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, recruitment, or student career services.
- Positive understanding of IT job roles and technical training courses.
- Ability to develop corporate tie-ups and generate job opportunities.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in placements, preferably in an IT training institute, EdTech company, or educational organization.
- Candidates with existing corporate hiring connections and experience placing IT-trained students will be preferred.
- A graduate degree is preferred.
