Planners Required!

Advertising is supposed to be commercial arts. It has equal weightage to both – commerce, as well as arts. At Korra, we are looking for professionals who can join the two for our client brands. We are looking for Strategic Planners. Or if one wants to be called as Account Planner. Or Creative Planner. Or Strategist. Or Culture-Consumer-Creativity-Communication-Cocktail-Maker. Essentially, those who can find ways to make advertising work more effective and more interesting.

Job Duties:

Conjure fresh narratives. Simulate creative thinkers. Convince logical thinkers of the power of emotional storytelling.

- Think of imaginative concepts that fit brands’ needs, consumer’s life truths
- Excite and inspire other creative fellows to think of more ideas and narratives
- Write decks that sell ideas
- Strategize and ideate to come up with high impact creative and brand solutions that align with business problems and target audience.
- Research and analyze data from multiple sources to derive consumer insights and category trends that can be leveraged to develop impactful communication campaigns.
- Lead and monitor primary research conducted through partner research agencies to derive the best possible insights for brand building.
- Develop integrated strategy for 360-degree campaign planning.
- Map the consumer journey to recommend interventions at multiple consumer touchpoints.
- Partner with creative and account management peers to develop disruptive ideas at all points of customer contact.
- Develop and propose value added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for new business pitches.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in marketing space to enable strategic development.

- Lead efforts for strategic plans for Client brands/nameplates
- Build personal rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Decode client briefs to write one single-line explicit objective
- Mine out human insights. Mine out business insights
- Partner with creative and account management peers to develop ideas
- Identify gaps between consumers' brand perception and required brand perception
- Analyze existing data from Client sales to Category revenue
- Identify unforeseen opportunities
- Constantly improve thinking quality on the floor
- Ensure timelines and deliverables

Requirements: Professional experience. Personal drive

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- 1-3 years of total experience in marketing related role
