- Monitor agent productivity and maintain strong relationships with the agency team.
- Develop recruitment strategies to expand the agency business.
Eligibility
- Good communication, sales, and recruitment skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.
- Experience in insurance sales, agency development, or recruitment is preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance products and applicable IRDAI requirements is an advantage.
