To assess the patient/child for the physical therapy. To plan the course of therapy and mode of therapy and the equipment to be used to complete the treatment.

To plan counselling and follow up schedule for the patient/child regarding the treatment process.

To decide the frequency depending on the condition of the patient/child and inform the patient/parent/attendant.

To document the treatment given in the form and to be followed continuity of treatment is assured to the patient.





To ensure proper coordination and communication with the front office and other rehab professionals and special educators.

To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.

To involve in CBR, training and research activities of the organisation.
