About MySenz

MySenz is a Preventive healthcare and Wellness centre in Porur, Chennai, offering integrated healthcare services with access to consulting orthopaedic and physician specialists.

We are expanding our physiotherapy and rehabilitation services and are looking for a skilled, patient-focused Physiotherapist with strong clinical assessment and hands-on treatment skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary clinical setting, supporting patients through pain management, post-operative recovery, rehabilitation and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct musculoskeletal assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients with back and neck pain, joint pain, frozen shoulder, sports injuries and tendon conditions.
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation following procedures such as knee and hip replacement and ligament repair, in accordance with the surgeon’s protocols.
- Deliver gait, balance and fall-prevention training for elderly patients and those with mobility challenges or diabetic neuropathy.
- Design and supervise therapeutic exercise programmes for patients with obesity, diabetes and other lifestyle-related conditions.
- Apply electrotherapy and other physiotherapy modalities safely and effectively, including shockwave therapy where indicated.
- Educate patients on home exercise programmes, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient assessments, treatment notes and progress records.




- Identify red-flag symptoms and promptly escalate concerns to the consulting doctor.
- Support health camps and community wellness initiatives when required.

Requirements

- Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognised university. MPT in Orthopaedics, Sports or Neurology is preferred.
- Registration: Registered with, or eligible for registration with, the relevant Tamil Nadu allied healthcare regulatory body.
- Experience: Minimum 1-5 year of clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation centre or physiotherapy clinic.
- Clinical skills: Practical experience in musculoskeletal assessment, electrotherapy and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Clinical reasoning: Ability to assess patients, formulate appropriate treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
- Communication: Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Professional conduct: Punctual, responsible, well-presented and committed to patient-centred care.
