RoleWe are looking for a part-time Physics Educator based in Chennai to join our academic team.

The educator will design and facilitate engaging Physics sessions for middle and secondary school students, helping them move beyond textbook learning to understand how Physics connects to everyday life, technology, industries, and careers.

The role will include both online and in-person sessions, so candidates must be based in Chennai and comfortable traveling locally when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate engaging, interactive Physics sessions for students.
- Connect Physics concepts to real-world applications, technology, industries, and careers.
- Develop and refine lesson plans, presentations, activities, worksheets, and assessments.
- Encourage curiosity,



questioning, critical thinking, and conceptual understanding.
- Conduct both online and in-person sessions at partner schools.
- Collaborate with the Adhyaapan academic team and incorporate feedback into sessions and content.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Robust foundation in Physics with the ability to explain concepts clearly and make them relevant to school students.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, facilitation, curriculum development, or educational content creation is preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English – mandatory.
- Fluency in Tamil – mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi – a strong plus.
- Must be based in Chennai and willing to conduct in-person sessions at partner schools.
- Comfortable facilitating interactive, student-centered sessions and working with digital teaching and presentation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Adhyaapan academic team and incorporate feedback.
