- Dispense medications accurately as per valid prescriptions issued by authorized medical practitioners.

- Verify prescriptions for correct dosage, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential medication errors.

- Maintain adequate stock of medicines, surgical consumables, and other pharmaceutical supplies.

- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of medicines as per established guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of drug dispensing, stock movements, and controlled medicines, wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management.

- Provide patients with appropriate instructions regarding medication usage, dosage, storage, and precautions.

- Follow hospital policies, pharmacy protocols,



infection control practices, and applicable statutory regulations.

- Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, indent processing, and timely replenishment of medicines.

- Ensure patient safety, maintain confidentiality, and support the smooth functioning of the hospital pharmacy.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital pharmacy experience.

- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
