Key Responsibilities: Academic Delivery: Teach core concepts in mechanics, electromagnetism, optics, thermodynamics, and modern physics using conceptual clarity and numerical problem-solving techniques. Practical & Lab Management: Conduct hands-on experiment demonstrations, oversee lab safety, maintain apparatus/equipment registers, and prepare students for practical assessments. Assessment & Exam Prep: Design unit tests, term exams, and mock board papers aligned with CBSE/State Board guidelines; track and improve individual student performance. Tinkering & STEM Integration: Guide students in science exhibitions, innovation projects, and practical applications of physical principles.
