Job Summary

INSD – School of Design and Luxury is looking for an experienced Personality Development & Interview Preparation Trainer with 8–10 years of experience in personality development, soft-skills training, and interview preparation. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in training college students and preparing them for job interviews, campus placements, and professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct personality development and soft-skills training sessions for college students.
- Prepare students for job interviews, campus placements, and recruitment processes.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide practical feedback on students’ performance.
- Train students to answer common HR interview questions confidently and professionally.
- Coach students on self-introduction, resume presentation, body language, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare students for competency-based, behavioural, and situational interview questions.
- Conduct training sessions on group discussions, public speaking, presentation skills,



and workplace communication.
- Help students identify their weaknesses and improve through individual coaching and practice sessions.
- Train students in grooming, confidence building, interpersonal skills, and professional behaviour.
- Develop structured training materials, practical exercises, and interview preparation modules.
- Monitor student progress and assess their interview and placement readiness.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in personality development, soft-skills training, interview preparation, or employability training.
- Strong understanding of HR interviews, recruitment processes, and campus placements.
- Proven experience in preparing college students for interviews through mock sessions and practical exercises.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to build students’ confidence and improve their professional communication.
- Practical knowledge of workplace etiquette, grooming, and skilled behaviour.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
