Role Description The Personality Development Trainer (Indian Region) will design and deliver online personality development sessions to students and learners, focusing on communication skills, confidence building, and positive behavioral habits. Daily responsibilities include planning session content, conducting interactive virtual classes, creating learning materials and activities, and assessing participant progress through feedback and evaluations.

The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to align training modules with Fantastiqo’s educational goals and may contribute to curriculum enhancement and learner engagement strategies. This is a full-time remote role,



requiring consistent online availability, professional conduct, and the ability to manage batches of learners across diverse age groups.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Personality Development and Training, including facilitation, coaching, and learner engagement.
- Candidates should possess Research and Writing skills for developing training modules, lesson plans, and learner resources.
- Candidates should possess Social Media skills to support learner engagement, share educational content, and promote training initiatives.
- Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in at least one Indian language is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or coaching are a plus.
- Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or coach, preferably in personality development or soft skills training.
- Robust online teaching skills, familiarity with e-learning platforms, and the ability to manage virtual classrooms.
- Empathetic, inclusive approach to working with learners from diverse backgrounds, with strong time management and organizational skills.
