The role
Own every rupee of paid spend across four brands. Plan it, test it, scale what works and report it every Monday.
You'll own
- Meta, Google and Amazon ads for all four brands
- Budget allocation and weekly creative testing
- Tracking, attribution, Shopify funnels and landing-page fixes
- A Monday report on spend, orders, CPA, ROAS and ACOS
You bring
- 3+ years running D2C performance, with campaigns you can walk us through
- Hands-on with Meta Advantage+, Amazon Sponsored Ads, GA4 and Shopify
- Creative-first thinking: you brief ads as well as audiences
- Comfort with AI tools for building, testing and reporting
First 90 days
- Clean tracking and one dashboard across brands
- A weekly testing rhythm that never skips
- Target CPA and ROAS hit on Wasco
