Job Function: Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing advertising budgets, optimizing paid campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and scaling campaigns to achieve measurable business growth.

The candidate should also have an understanding of branding, creative strategy, A/B testing, and AI tools to improve marketing productivity and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and campaign scaling.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and achieve business targets.

2. Branding and Creative Strategy

- Develop advertising concepts, hooks, messaging, and creative strategies.
- Contribute to brand storytelling alongside performance-focused marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop static ads, video ads, and user-generated-content-style creatives.
- Analyze creative performance and recommend improvements based on campaign data.

3. AI-Driven Marketing Execution

- Use AI tools such as Claude and other relevant platforms for ad copywriting, creative ideation, landing page drafts, and data analysis summaries.
- Develop reusable AI prompts and workflows to improve marketing efficiency.




- Explore AI-based methods to streamline campaign planning and execution.

4. Marketing Analytics and Reporting

- Monitor key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CAC, LTV, ROAS, impression share, and video completion rate.
- Use Google Analytics and Google Sheets to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions to improve conversions, reduce acquisition costs, and increase marketing ROI.

5. Experimentation and Campaign Scaling

- Test new ad creatives, videos, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Identify high-performing campaigns and scale them effectively.
- Pause or optimize underperforming campaigns based on performance data.
- Develop repeatable campaign processes and growth playbooks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Good understanding of advertising budgets, conversion funnels, CAC, ROAS, and campaign scaling.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude for marketing execution.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with practical experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, improving return on ad spend, scaling successful campaigns, and combining performance marketing with creative strategy will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Annual CTC of ₹4.5 – 6 LPA.
