We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth skilled with proven experience working in Gaming / Real Money Gaming / Betting or other high-risk and policy-sensitive industries. This role is not for general digital marketers. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the challenges of scaling performance marketing in high-risk environments while managing ROAS, account health, policy compliance and revenue growth.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- • Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other performance channels.
- • Manage and scale multiple advertising accounts
- . • Handle significant monthly advertising budgets and optimize spend for profitable growth.
- • Own ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, CVR, LTV and Revenue.
- • Build and optimize the complete funnel: Ad fi Landing Page/App fi Registration fi Deposit
- • Develop acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and re-engagement strategies.
- • Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers and campaign structures
- . • Identify performance issues and implement data-driven solutions.
- • Work closely with Creative, Product, Technology and Analytics teams.
- • Build scalable user acquisition strategies while maintaining healthy unit economics
HIGH-RISK EXPERIENCE — MANDATORY
- • Gaming / RMG / Betting advertising experience.
- • Hands-on experience in high-risk or policy-sensitive advertising environments.
- • Google Ads & Meta Ads policy compliance knowledge.
- • Experience handling advertising account restrictions and suspensions.
- • Account recovery and troubleshooting experience.
- • Experience with new account warm-up and stabilization.
- • Managing multiple advertising accounts.
- • Business continuity and backup account structures.
- • Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining account health and compliance
