Performance Marketing Expert
Location: Kalamassery, Kochi
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns focused on leads, sales and revenue growth.
- Analyse campaign performance using ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
- Track the complete online sales journey, from ad clicks and website visits to checkout, payments and purchases.
- Optimise landing pages, audience targeting, ad creatives and conversion funnels.
- Work with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and Google Tag Manager.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve campaign efficiency and business results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in e-commerce, online product marketing, and end-to-end sales funnel optimisation is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of analytics, tracking and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
