AyurSure is an Ayurvedic healthcare company focused on gut and intimate health. As we expand, we are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who enjoys working with data, testing ideas, and turning advertising spend into measurable business results.

About the Role

You will plan, execute, monitor, and improve paid advertising campaigns, with a preference for experience in Google Ads.

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with creativity, takes ownership of daily execution, and follows instructions precisely. You should be comfortable identifying performance gaps, explaining what the data shows, and implementing improvements.

What You Will Do

- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, particularly on Google Ads.
- Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and target audiences.
- Develop campaign structures and write relevant, persuasive ad copy.
- Monitor budgets, bids, search terms, targeting, and campaign performance.
- Track and improve ROAS, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify what works.
- Check conversion tracking and flag reporting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Prepare clear reports covering results, problems, and recommended actions.
- Follow management instructions accurately, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on relevant advertising tools, trends, and platform changes.

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience .
- Google Ads experience preferred , particularly Search campaigns.
- Practical understanding of keyword research,



negative keywords, bidding, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make sound optimization decisions.
- Robust analytical, communication, time-management, and creative skills.
- Precision in following instructions and checking work before submission.
- Willingness to take initiative, ask for clarification when needed, and act on feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

What Will Strengthen Your Application

- Examples of campaigns you personally managed, including budgets and results.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Experience improving lead quality and connecting advertising results with sales outcomes.
- Meta Ads experience.
- Relevant Google Ads certifications supported by practical campaign experience.
