Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets and delivery.
- Conduct audience research and assist with campaign targeting.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad creatives and copy.
- Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL and conversions.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform basic campaign optimisation based on performance data.
- Assist with lead tracking, conversion monitoring, and campaign documentation.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.




- Basic hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics and campaign objectives.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and tracking tools is an advantage.
- Positive analytical, communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and improve campaign performance.
