Role-Performance Marketer
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Department: Digital Marketing
Experience: 3–6 years (preferred) ( Brand experience is must ) D2C
Employment Type: Full-time .
Budget-- 9 to 12 LPA
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer (D2C) role based in Noida.
The Performance
Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across key channels such as paid search, social media, and display to drive direct-to-consumer sales and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include managing ad budgets, tracking campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting and creatives to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on landing pages, messaging, and customer journeys, and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
The Performance
Marketer will stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain competitive performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing for D2C brands,
including managing paid campaigns on major platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, other social and e-commerce channels).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using campaign dashboards and basic data tools to monitor KPIs, optimize budgets, and report on performance.
- Ability to collaborate on campaign creatives, copy, and landing page improvements to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, consumer behavior, and funnel optimization for acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a quick-paced, on-site environment in Noida, with strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C sectors is preferred; familiarity with A/B testing, attribution models, and marketing automation is an advantage.
