Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and support business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Optimize advertisements, audience targeting, landing pages, and budgets to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- Track leads and conversions using relevant analytics and tracking tools.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates,



and competitor activities.
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Achieve campaign targets and contribute to the company's marketing and business objectives.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel is preferred.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in performance marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
- Candidates should have practical knowledge of running paid advertising campaigns.
