We are looking for a PEPPOL Functional Consultant to join our e-Invoicing and compliance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PEPPOL, electronic invoicing regulations, and customer implementations across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves working directly with customers, understanding country-specific compliance requirements, supporting on-boarding and implementation projects, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the e-Invoicing journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret PEPPOL and e-Invoicing requirements across different countries and jurisdictions.
- Act as the functional lead for customer on-boarding and implementation projects.
- Conduct fit-gap assessments, workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Support customers in understanding compliance, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Prepare data dictionaries, mapping documents, functional specifications, and implementation guides.
- Coordinate with product, development, integration, and compliance teams.
- Manage project milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer communications.
- Provide functional support during testing, UAT, deployment, and hyper-care phases.
- Stay updated on PEPPOL standards, PINT specifications, and country-specific e-Invoicing mandates.
- Assist in accreditation, certification, and compliance initiatives where required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in PEPPOL, e-Invoicing, tax technology
- Good understanding of PEPPOL, UBL,



PINT, electronic invoicing frameworks, and digital tax compliance.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Experience in documentation, business analysis, and process mapping.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Europe, or other international e-Invoicing frameworks.
- Knowledge of VAT/GST compliance processes.
- Understanding of API integrations and middleware solutions.
- Exposure to accreditation or regulatory compliance programs.
