? We’re Hiring | Payroll Team Leader

? Location: Delhi

? Function: Operations

? Experience: 5+ Years

⭐ Preference: Payroll Outsourcing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll validation, processing, and salary disbursement.
- Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements and payroll accounting (Salary & F&F; JVs).
- Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax & Labour Welfare Fund.
- Manage payroll taxation, salary returns, Form 16, and government grievances.
- Support statutory audits, salary restructuring, perquisite calculations, and investment/reimbursement validation.

Ideal Candidate: Strong expertise in payroll operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and accounting, with proven experience in a payroll outsourcing environment.
