Payroll (Off-Roll Employees)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with expertise in payroll processing for off-roll employees. The candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll operations, excellent MS Excel skills, and the ability to manage payroll accurately and within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for off-roll employees.
- Ensure accurate salary calculations based on attendance, leaves, overtime, and applicable deductions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal HR teams for payroll inputs and timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve salary discrepancies.
- Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll and salary disbursement.
- Support statutory compliance, including PF, ESI,



and other applicable deductions.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll data using MS Excel.
- Reconcile payroll inputs, salary calculations, and final payroll outputs.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience managing payroll for off-roll employees.
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and applicable statutory deductions.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
