PATIENT CARE COUNSELLOR

Location: Delhi
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
Patient counselling for treatments, surgeries, admission, and discharge
Financial counselling and explanation of treatment costs
Coordination for Ayushman Bharat, CGHS, ECHS, and insurance
Coordination with TPA, billing, nursing, consultants, and OT teams
Insurance pre-authorizations and claim documentation
Maintaining patient records and ensuring smooth hospital operations
Required Skills
Excellent communication and counselling skills
Knowledge of hospital billing, insurance, and TPA processes
Strong patient-handling and coordination abilities
Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures is an advantage
