We are seeking Patent Agents with atleast 3-5 years PQE to join the Patents team Language: Excellent written and spoken command of English language is essential.
Specific Responsibilities:The role includes carrying out the following functions:(a) Undertaking prior art searches, FTOs and infringement searches,(b) Patentability opinions,(c) Drafting specifications,(d) Patent prosecution : FER analysis, preparing responses, attending to client queries, attending hearings,(e) Assisting Litigation team in case of Appeals and revocations.
