We are seeking Patent Agents with atleast 3-5 years PQE to join the Patents team Technical Area: Chemistry/Pharma ( Post- graduate prefered) Language: Excellent written and spoken command of English language is essential.
Specific Responsibilities:The role includes carrying out the following functions:(a) undertaking prior art searches, FTOs and infringement searches,(b) patentability opinions,(c) drafting specifications,(d) patent prosecution : FER analysis, preparing responses, attending to client queries, attending hearings,(e) assisting Litigation team in case of Appeals and revocations.
