Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Pastry Intern at our facility in Vadodara.
The Pastry
Intern will assist in preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities include following recipes, assisting with the creation of artisanal chocolates,
maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing creative ideas for new recipes and designs. The intern will work closely with the team to ensure operational efficiency and uphold the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Baking and general Cooking techniques
- Knowledge and application of food safety and Hygiene standards
- Understanding of pastry and bakery processes, with a passion for the craft
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in baking or pastry-making is a plus, but not required
- Formal education in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry Arts is an advantage
