- Monitor live classes and evaluate teaching quality, punctuality, and student engagement.
- Ensure teachers follow the scheduled timings and class structure.
- Track attendance of students and teachers.
- Identify issues such as late joining, missed classes, or lack of engagement.
- Provide feedback to teachers to improve class quality.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding scheduling and performance updates.
- Maintain proper records and reports of class observations.
