– Panel Coordinator (CGHS / ECHS / CAPF)

Role Overview

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited is hiring a Panel Coordinator who has handled CGHS, ECHS and CAPF panel work inside a hospital and can own patient reimbursement files and panel renewals end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Patient reimbursement files

- Receive files from the panel teams across India, then prepare, check and file CGHS, ECHS and CAPF patient reimbursement claims with complete supporting documents (bills, discharge summary, investigation reports, referral and authorisation letters).
- Verify each file against the panel's package rates and rules before submission, so that rejections and queries are avoided.
- Track every submitted file until payment, follow up on pending, short-paid and rejected claims, and resolve queries with the panel office and the hospital billing team.
- Maintain a file-wise tracker (patient, panel, claim amount, submission date, status, payment date) and report it to management every week.

Renewals and empanelment

- Own the renewal calendar for CGHS, ECHS and CAPF empanelment at each unit and start renewal well before the due date.
- Prepare and submit renewal forms, undertakings, rate-list documents and statutory certificates as the panel requires.
- Coordinate with center administration, head office accounts and legal to keep licences, registrations, NABH status and other required documents current.

Panel liaison and field visits
- Visit CGHS, ECHS and CAPF offices when needed to submit files, follow up on payments, and meet the concerned officers.
- Learn about current circulars, rate revisions, procedure changes and format updates during these visits, and report them in writing to management within one working day.
- Brief the panel teams at our centers across India on updated panel guidelines so that new cases are processed correctly from admission.





Required Qualifications and Experience

•Graduate in any stream; a degree or diploma in hospital administration, healthcare management or a related field is preferred.

•At least [3–5] years in a hospital, working directly on government panel work.

- Hands-on experience with all three panels: CGHS, ECHS and CAPF. A candidate who has handled only one of them will not fit this role.
- Proven experience in preparing and filing patient reimbursement files, including handling queries and rejections.
- Proven experience in filling and submitting panel renewal forms and the supporting documents.

•Working knowledge of CGHS/ECHS rate lists, package structures, referral and authorisation processes, and claim timelines.
- Comfortable with MS Excel and MS Word, and with the hospital management system and panel portals used for claims.

Skills and Competencies

- Communication: speaks clearly and confidently in Hindi and English, so that he can meet panel officers in person, understand what has changed, and explain it back to our team without confusion.
- Active listening: picks up new circulars, rate changes and verbal instructions during office visits, and confirms them in writing afterwards.

•Documentation discipline: keeps files complete, indexed and audit-ready; does not miss a document or a deadline.

•Follow-up and ownership: chases every claim and renewal until it is closed, without waiting to be reminded.

- Coordination: works smoothly with the panel teams across India, centre managers, accounts and billing.

•Professional conduct: presentable, punctual, and comfortable representing the hospital with government officials.

Working Conditions and Compensation

Working conditions: based at the Head Office in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, with visits to panel offices as needed; travel costs reimbursed as per company policy.

Compensation: plus travel reimbursement and statutory benefits.
