White Collar Realty is looking for a responsible and well-mannered Office Pantry Assistant to support the daily pantry operations and maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming office workplace.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, polite, and comfortable assisting employees, visitors, and management with refreshments and basic pantry-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office pantry.
- Keep cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment clean and organised.
- Ensure the availability of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, and other pantry supplies.
- Refill drinking water and refreshments whenever required.
- Assist with serving refreshments during meetings and guest visits.




- Monitor pantry stock and inform the concerned person when supplies need replenishment.
- Follow workplace hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Provide basic assistance with other office support tasks as required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Previous experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Boy, Pantry Assistant, or Office Attendant is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
- Should have a polite and helpful attitude towards employees and visitors.
- Basic understanding of office cleanliness and hygiene.
