- Post-graduate with IIP, SIES, or CIPET packaging diploma with ~4 yrs exp in FMCG industry added advantage if foods industry too.
- Knowledge of flexible and rigids
- Designing and development of compatible packaging for creams, lotions, household, foods
- Willing to travel for trials if any
Job Responsibilities:
- Should have ability to manage all aspects of packaging functions like development, designing, troubleshooting, procurement, designing
- In depth understanding of different types of material like flexible, rigid, laminates, bottles, caps, tubes and CFB
- Artwork development and coordination its approval and proof reading at the printing
- Good knowledge of primary,
secondary and tertiary packaging
- To prepare specifications for the final packaging designed material and release them for procurement
- Prepare technical specifications for procurement and factory assessment
- Recent and alternate vendor development for better or cost saving packaging options
- Trial for new product development like new Bag, Pouch and laminates with New structure and design.
- Testing of various films such like PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, (Natural, metallized, Pearlized & white)
- Internal & External Audit, Documentations & its implementation. Online inspection of technical data and monitoring.
- Efficient knowledge of Oracle System and Computer applications.
