Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships to drive business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

- Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue generation and maximize customer engagement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Identify new business opportunities by building robust relationships with clients and identifying their needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for effective lead tracking and pipeline management.

- Proven track record of success in key account management, client acquisition, and retention.

- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
