Role Description The Owner role at Capital Numbers is a full time, on-site position based in Godhra. The individual in this role will oversee overall business strategy, guide technology and service offerings, and ensure that client engagements align with company goals and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting growth objectives, supervising key operational activities, and collaborating with leadership teams on delivery quality, financial performance,



and risk management.

The Owner will engage with clients and partners to nurture relationships, identify new opportunities, and shape long-term roadmaps for AI, digital engineering, and platform modernization. This role also involves building a high-performance culture, supporting talent development, and maintaining compliance with relevant certifications and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in leadership or ownership roles within technology, digital engineering, or professional services organizations.

- Strong strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Understanding of AI systems, software product engineering, enterprise platforms, and cloud or data-driven solutions is highly beneficial.

- Demonstrated ability to oversee operations, financial performance, and governance in a growth-focused environment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Comfort with working on-site in Godhra and leading local teams while aligning with global clients and standards.
