Job Summary:

Responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures, while ensuring OT readiness, patient safety, infection control, and compliance with hospital protocols and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the Operation Theatre, instruments, anaesthesia trolley, emergency drugs, gases, and equipment for scheduled and emergency surgeries.
- Assist surgeons and anaesthesiologists during surgical procedures as a scrub or circulating nurse.
- Ensure patient identification, consent verification, surgical time-out, aseptic techniques, and instrument and mop counts.
- Provide pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative nursing care and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, oxygen therapy, and blood transfusions as prescribed.
- Assist in emergency management, CPR, intubation, ventilation, and patient transfer.




- Monitor post-operative recovery and promptly report any complications or adverse reactions.
- Maintain nursing records, patient confidentiality, and OT equipment readiness.
- Coordinate with CSSD, laboratory, and Biomedical Engineering for sterile instruments, specimens, and equipment maintenance.
- Follow infection control practices, hospital policies, and NABH standards.
- Participate in nursing training, quality indicator reporting, and other duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills: OT procedures, surgical assistance, patient monitoring, emergency care, CPR/BLS, infection control, documentation, and teamwork. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
