The Role
We are looking for an organised and hands-on professional to manage jewellery orders from confirmation to final delivery. You will coordinate production planning, quality checks, job workers and dispatch to ensure every order is completed accurately and delivered on time.
What You Will Do
- Order Management: Track orders from confirmation to delivery, maintain records and ensure all specifications are accurate.
- Production Planning: Coordinate with design, CAD, production and job workers to plan and track production timelines.
- Quality Control (QC): Ensure finished jewellery meets the required design, specifications and quality standards before dispatch.
- Coordination & Follow-ups:
Work closely with internal teams and job workers to resolve issues and avoid delays.
- Order Delivery: Monitor pending orders, manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain Excel trackers and prepare regular reports on order status, production progress, quality issues and pending deliveries.
What We Are Looking For
- Mandatory experience in the diamond and gold jewellery industry.
- Experience in jewellery order management, production coordination, QC or order fulfilment.
- Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Solid follow-up, coordination and time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and order tracking systems.
- A detail-oriented, responsible and proactive approach.
