Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Experience Level: 7+ years

Location: Mumbai

:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or IT (MBA, CA, CMA, or CPA preferred)

- Location: Mumbai client Navi Mumbai (5 Days at client location)

- Having 7+ ERP years experience ( Involve in 2 Fusion implementation and 3 Support Projects)

- Expertise area Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA & CM) also having understanding on the SCM function

- Experience leading teams and managing client stakeholders

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial close processes

- Expertise in Subledger Accounting, Approval Management Rules, and security roles

- Manage quarterly Oracle release updates, regression testing, and impact analysis





- Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, and internal control requirements

- Provide L2/L3 support and resolve complex issues, including Oracle SR management

- Good experience in reconciliation (Subledger vs GL)

- Proficiency with FBDI, ADFdi, Smart View, OTBI, and BI Publisher

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Implementation methodology (OUM/AIM) and the Functional Setup Manager

- Solid communication and presentation skills

- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
