Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Operator / 3D Programmer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience for our facility in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D programs and selecting/managing appropriate cutting tools to ensure efficient machining operations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- 3D Programming: Proficient in creating and optimizing 3D CAD/CAM programs for machining.
- Cutting Tool Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cutting tools, tool selection, speeds, feeds, and tool life management.
- Machine Operation: Setup, load programs,



and operate machines safely and efficiently.
- Quality & Precision: Inspect finished parts against technical drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Machine Operator and 3D Programmer.
- Strong technical understanding of cutting tool geometry and machining processes.
- Relevant technical diploma, ITI, or equivalent certification (preferred).
