- Investment Operations

Manage end-to-end mutual fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, STPs and SWPs.

Oversee client onboarding, KYC, FATCA, nomination and documentation processes.

Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrars and Transfer Agents (RTAs), and investment platforms.

Monitor transaction execution, settlement, reconciliation and resolution of operational discrepancies.

- Client Servicing & Relationship Support

Ensure timely and accurate execution of client investment instructions.

Handle client service requests, account updates and transaction-related queries.

Coordinate with wealth advisors to deliver a superior client experience.

Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism and service quality.

- Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to applicable SEBI,



AMFI and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate client records, transaction documentation and operational reports.

Coordinate compliance-related activities, internal reviews and audits.

Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary operational changes.

- Reporting & MIS

Prepare and maintain client portfolio reports, investment statements and periodic MIS.

Track assets under management (AUM), transactions, SIP registrations and operational performance.

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports to management and clients.

Supervise daily operational activities and allocate responsibilities effectively.
