Role & responsibilities

- Supervise warehouse, billing coordination, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Manage staff allocation, training, attendance and performance.

- Establish inventory accuracy, batch and expiry controls.

- Coordinate field executives, retailer servicing and collection follow-ups.

- Resolve daily operational issues independently within defined authority.

- Develop operating procedures, reporting systems and accountability.

- Support management in improving service levels and expanding distribution operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of relevant distribution, wholesale, warehouse or operations experience, preferably including team management.

- Pharmaceutical distribution experience strongly preferred.

- Familiarity with inventory management and ERP systems.

- Strong execution, problem-solving and people-management skills.

- Willing to work full-time from Solan.
