About the Company:

A fast-growing IT company specializing in business automation applications that help organizations streamline operations, improve productivity, and scale efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track company-wide projects, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Manage events, workshops, product launches, vendors, and partner operations.
- Prepare MIS reports, performance dashboards, trackers, and review reports.
- Identify delays, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate blockers.




- Develop SOPs and automate routine reporting and follow-up processes.
- Manage founder-assigned projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, PMO, or Founders Office.
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, IT, or B2B services company preferred.
- Hands-on experience in event or project execution.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, problem-solving, and execution skills.
