Hiring for the Back Office of Louis Fire Safety, UAE

Location: Kunnamkulam, Kerala | Full-Time | On-Site

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee daily civil operations, including PPM, site surveys, emergency callouts, Civil Defense inspections, AMC rectifications, and fit-out works.
- Prepare and present daily and weekly operational progress reports to the PMO and Directors.
- Coordinate with clients through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp to address queries and service requirements.
- Conduct daily team meetings and coordinate work plans and technician schedules.
- Monitor technical reports and ensure timely ERP entries and prospect creation.
- Coordinate with the estimation team to ensure timely quotation preparation, submission, and revisions.
- Monitor AMC renewals and follow up on opportunities generated through digital marketing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Credit Control teams to ensure smooth operations and timely payment follow-ups.




- Support the technical team in resolving issues identified during Civil Defense inspections.
- Ensure timely completion of operational activities and support the automation of AMC processes through ERP.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of daily civil operations and effective team coordination.

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline; a Civil Engineering qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations management, team handling, or civil maintenance operations.
- Strong managerial, leadership, and team-coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Age: 35–45 years.

SALARY ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
