About BiziBean:

BiziBean is a fast-growing coffee company operating across multiple formats including cinema counters, standalone outlets, corporate offices, shop-in-shop locations, and Coffee-as-a-Service.

As the business continues to scale, we are looking for a highly driven Operations Lead | Generalist in Founder's Office who can work directly with the CEO and help execute priorities across different parts of the business.

Essentially, we are looking for someone who can operate as a mini-CEO. We want someone who can

1. Identify a Problem

2. Analyse plausible Solutions

3. Coordinate with multiple Teams
4. And oversee Execution

The Role: You will work directly with the CEO across operations, finance, product, procurement, expansion, strategy and special projects.

On one day, you may be analysing the profitability of individual stores. On another, you may be coordinating the launch of a new beverage, negotiating with a packaging vendor, reviewing an operational SOP, or helping open a new counter.

There will not always be a predefined process or playbook.Your job will be to bring structure to problems, figure out what needs to be done, and make sure it gets done.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Founder’s Office & Business Execution: Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day priorities, take ownership of important projects, coordinate across teams and ensure ideas move from discussion to execution.

2. Operations & Problem Solving:



Investigate operational and commercial issues such as low sales, poor profitability, high costs, manpower inefficiencies or SOP gaps, and drive practical solutions with the relevant teams.

3. SOPs & Process Improvement: Identify inefficient or unclear processes, simplify and document SOPs, improve controls and reporting, and build systems that make the organisation more scalable.

4. Business & Data Analysis: Analyse store and business performance across sales, profitability, manpower, food cost, margins and other key metrics to identify what is happening, why it is happening and what should be done next.

5. New Store & Counter Openings: Coordinate new locations end-to-end, including site readiness, equipment, procurement, manpower, inventory, branding, POS setup and launch coordination.

6. New Product Development & Launches: Support new products from concept to rollout, including market research, vendor identification, costing, pricing, trials, packaging, SOPs and post-launch performance tracking.

7. Special Projects: Take ownership of cross-functional projects such as new business verticals, partnerships, technology implementation, incentive structures, dashboards, commercial reviews and other strategic initiatives.

Broader Group Exposure

BiziBean operates alongside established consumer brands including Nirula’s and Angels in My Kitchen, giving this role exposure beyond a single coffee business. As part of the senior leadership team, you may also work on selected projects, commercial initiatives and operational challenges across the wider group.
