Role Description The Operations Intern (Immediate Joining, 0–1 years) will support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of Kinetic Age’s services. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru includes coordinating trainer schedules, assisting with client onboarding, and maintaining accurate records of sessions and feedback.

The intern will help track performance metrics, streamline processes, and support basic project and operations tasks as directed by the operations team. The role may also involve assisting with internal communication,



liaising with trainers and clients for updates, and supporting sales follow-ups or inquiries related to operational workflows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with trainers, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead follow-ups, prepare basic reports, and assist the sales team as needed.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to help organize tasks, manage schedules, and support service delivery.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Interest in health, fitness, or senior care is an advantage.
