Operations Head

Primary Objective: Maximize manufacturing efficiency, end-to-end supply chain responsiveness, and overall production P&L; performance. Multiple facilities

§ Key Responsibilities:

o Plan daily manufacturing and facility operations to meet output schedules and quality standards.

o Manage the production P&L;, focusing on cost optimization and throughput maximization.

o Oversee supply chain planning, procurement sync, inventory control, and dispatch workflows.

o Drive operational excellence to achieve high efficiency and minimal process wastage.

o Maintain product quality, safety, and compliance standards to drive customer satisfaction.





o Build robust production scheduling and capacity planning routines across operational shifts.

o Ensure NPD target are planned and achieved.

o Working & Implementation knowledge in ERP (preferably in an Odhoo ERP would be an advantage)

o MIS generation from ERP o Apt in Process Operation costing.

o Ensure systems are in place for traceability of product at all times.

o Working knowledge of 5s, Kanban, and systems like ISO9000.

o Responsible for WIP & inventory of RM/PM & FG.

o Stores & Warehouse mgmt. Will be an advantage.
