Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily travel operations, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure smooth service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and sightseeing activities.
- Prepare travel itineraries, tour packages, quotations, and other travel-related documents.
- Coordinate with travel consultants, vendors, hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.
- Monitor bookings, reservations, cancellations, and amendments to ensure accuracy.
- Follow up with suppliers and clients to ensure timely confirmation of travel services.
- Handle customer queries, operational issues, and last-minute travel changes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, invoices, and operational expenses.
- Ensure all travel arrangements are delivered according to client requirements and company standards.




- Support the sales and customer service teams with operational information and travel updates.
- Monitor ongoing trips and assist in resolving any service-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of travel bookings, tour packages, and tourism operations is an advantage.
