About the Job:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce and quick-commerce operations for Soul & Scents, a Mumbai-based home fragrance brand. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in listings, inventory, pricing, reconciliation, returns and claims across marketplace and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, update and maintain product listings and catalogue on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart.

- Launch current SKUs and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.

- Process quick-commerce POs and daily marketplace orders within platform timelines.

- Book warehouse and dark-store appointments, and coordinate dispatches with courier and logistics partners.

- Manage inventory across the warehouse, FBA and platform warehouses to avoid stock-outs.

- Track GRNs, fill rates and short or rejected quantities.

- Maintain platform-wise pricing, discounts and sale-event offers.

- Reconcile payments, fees, commissions and deductions, and follow up on pending payouts.

- Manage returns, RTOs and damaged stock, and file SAFE-T,



reimbursement and courier claims.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams, production and marketplace POCs for smooth operations.

- Prepare daily MIS reports, inventory trackers and monthly platform-wise sales reports.

Required Skills:

- 2–4 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce or quick-commerce operations.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart seller portals.

- Strong knowledge of listings, inventory, pricing and payment reconciliation.

- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, trackers).

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred).

- Experience in FMCG, beauty or home and lifestyle brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
