Role Purpose

Direct internal operations across both brands, taking full ownership of production, logistics, warehousing, and operational reporting. You will ensure every item sent to retail outlets, end-consumers, or B2B partners maintains seamless punctuality, full regulatory compliance, and pristine brand standards.

- Complete adherence to FSSAI, local municipal regulations, and safety protocols
- Continuous inventory supply stability throughout high-demand seasonal periods
- Rigorous stock tracking to eliminate shrinkage, spoilage, and excess inventory
- Timely, accurate reporting that gives leadership real visibility

Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Operations

- Coordinate manufacturing schedules for chocolates, pastries, baked goods, and corporate gift offerings
- Establish operational guidelines to safeguard product uniformity, quality standards, and kitchen efficiency
- Track production yields, waste metrics, and facility usage rates
- Maintain full compliance with FSSAI, BMC, health, and workplace safety standards

2. Supply Chain & Procurement





- Oversee purchasing strategies and cultivate vendor relationships
- Secure competitive component pricing without lowering ingredient quality
- Manage safety stock thresholds while honoring working capital targets
- Protect ingredient availability during peak sales cycles

3. Warehouse & Inventory Improve stock record precision and storage transparency

- Enforce strict FIFO and FEFO inventory rotation systems
- Refine facility layout to accelerate material processing
- Minimize product degradation, unaccounted losses, and over-purchasing

4. Systems, Data & Reporting

- Strengthen MIS reporting across operations
- Use data to plan production and inventory
- Build leadership dashboards
- Provide daily progress updates and monthly summaries detailing output figures, stock levels, and overall operational efficiency

5. Team Support

- Lead warehouse, dispatch, and production coordination teams
- Establish explicit performance goals and cultivate team-wide responsibility
- Mentor and advance junior team members
