We are looking for a proactive and execution-oriented Operations Associate to manage daily scooty operations, recruit and onboard women drivers (Sister Partners), and ensure smooth ride fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sister Partner Recruitment & Onboarding

- Source and recruit women Scooty Drivers through field visits, referrals, and community outreach.
- Screen candidates and coordinate documentation, verification, training, and onboarding.
- Explain Fery Rides' working model, earning opportunities, and operational guidelines.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and onboarding targets.

2. Daily Operations & Ride Fulfilment

- Monitor daily bookings, ride allocations, pickups, and drop-offs.
- Ensure adequate Sister Partner availability and timely ride fulfilment.
- Handle ride delays, cancellations, and real-time operational issues.
- Coordinate scheduling and deployment to improve operational efficiency.

3. Sister Partner Management & Retention

- Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and partner productivity.
- Address Sister Partner queries and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Support partner engagement, performance improvement, and retention.

Fleet & Field Operations

- Monitor scooty availability, charging, battery status, and maintenance requirements.
- Track vehicle utilisation, breakdowns, and operational downtime.
- Conduct field visits and support ground-level operational activities.
- Assist with society activations, recruitment drives, and promotional campaigns.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintain daily reports on recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and active partners.
- Track ride completion, cancellations, fleet utilisation, and partner productivity.
- Update operational dashboards using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Share daily performance updates and operational challenges with management.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, field operations, or recruitment.
- Experience in driver/rider recruitment or last-mile operations is an advantage.
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and recruitment activities.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
