Job Summary

EyeMantra is looking for an Operations Associate Accounts Payable to manage vendor payments, refunds, invoice verification, and bank reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have accounting knowledge, solid attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Responsibilities

- Manage and process vendor and operational payments accurately and on time.

- Coordinate refunds, including verification, processing, and follow-ups.

- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with vendors and internal finance teams regarding payment queries.

- Maintain accurate records of payments, refunds, and reconciliations.

- Track outstanding payments and ensure timely closure.





- Support Accounts Payable (AP) operations and month-end closing activities.

- Prepare reports on payments, refunds, and outstanding transactions.

- Follow company policies, financial controls, and accounting procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in B.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 1 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Accounting.

- Understanding of payments, invoices, refunds, and bank reconciliation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting.

- Knowledge of CGHS, Ayushman Bharat, TPA, or ECHS billing.

- Experience with healthcare claims, reimbursements, and payment processes.

- Familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
