**Requirement/Description:

**Qualifications & Experience

- ` Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) `
- ` 2+ years experience in a project coordination, operations, business support, or analytical role within a technology, services, or qualified services environment `
- ` Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations `
- ` Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, assignments, and deadlines simultaneously `
- ` Excellent attention to detail and a track record of maintaining accurate information across complex workstreams `
- ` Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables,



reporting, and data visualization `
- ` Proficient in reporting, collaboration, and productivity tools including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and project tracking platforms `
- ` Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear reports, meeting notes, and status updates `
- ` Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions, regions, and levels of seniority `

**Preferred Experience
- ` Experience supporting business operations, operational governance, project delivery, or program management activities `
- ` Familiarity with project management methodologies, project tracking tools, and portfolio reporting practices `
- ` Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, reporting packs, or executive updates `
- ` Experience working with Power BI, Tableau, Excel reporting solutions, or similar business intelligence tools `
- ` Familiarity with service management platforms, CRM systems, or workflow management tools `
- ` Experience working within a global organization across multiple regions and time zones `
