We are looking for an experienced OT Manager / Senior Manager to lead our Operation Theatre operations at MGM Healthcare, Aminjikarai, Chennai .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead OT operations, scheduling, utilization, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and NABH requirements.
- Collaborate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Nursing, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless OT operations.
- Optimize manpower deployment, inventory, resources, and operational productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing OT teams.




- Drive continuous improvement in clinical quality, operational excellence, and patient outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Experience: 10+ years of relevant Operation Theatre experience, preferably in a reputed multispecialty hospital.
- Solid leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills.
