About VXV Creations

VXV Creations is a signage and printing company specializing in signage solutions, advertising displays, digital printing, UV printing, acrylic lettering, ACP boards, LED signage, fabrication, and customized branding projects. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong signage industry knowledge to manage end-to-end operations, production, installation, quality, and team performance.

Job Summary The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of daily operations, production planning, job execution, material procurement, workforce coordination, installation schedules, quality control, and timely project delivery. The candidate must have hands-on experience in the signage industry and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production & Operations Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of the signage and printing production units.
- Plan and monitor production schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate printing, fabrication, finishing, assembly, and installation activities.
- Ensure timely completion of all jobs with minimum production delays.
- Monitor workflow and improve operational efficiency.

2. Signage Industry Expertise

- Have practical knowledge of signage products, materials, manufacturing processes, and installation methods.
- Understand UV printing, eco-solvent printing, flex printing, ACP signage, acrylic letters, LED signboards, fabric channel letters, vinyl graphics, and related products.
- Coordinate with design, printing, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution.
- Identify suitable materials and production methods based on job specifications.

3. Team & Workforce Management

- Supervise production staff, machine operators, fabricators, installers, and other operational employees.
- Allocate daily work and monitor employee productivity.
- Manage attendance, work schedules, overtime,



and workforce utilization.
- Ensure discipline, accountability, workplace safety, and teamwork.

4. Material Procurement & Inventory Control

- Coordinate with the purchase team and suppliers for timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels of ACP sheets, acrylic, aluminium profiles, LED modules, vinyl, flex, inks, foam boards, and other consumables.
- Control material wastage and prevent unnecessary purchases.
- Maintain proper records of material consumption and stock movement.

5. Project Execution & Installation

- Monitor jobs from order confirmation to final delivery and installation.
- Coordinate site measurements, production requirements, dispatch, transportation, and installation.
- Ensure that site teams follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.
- Resolve production and installation issues without unnecessary delays.

6. Quality Control & Cost Management

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished signage and printing products.
- Minimize rework, customer complaints, material wastage, and production losses.
- Monitor job costs, labour costs, material usage, and operational expenses.
- Implement systems to improve productivity and profitability.

7. Customer & Interdepartmental Coordination

- Coordinate with sales, design, accounts, purchase, production, and installation departments.
- Track order status and communicate delays or operational issues to the concerned teams.
- Support the sales team with production feasibility, material selection, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure customer requirements and committed deadlines are met.

8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily production and job-status reports.
- Track pending orders, completed jobs, delayed projects, material shortages, and installation schedules.
- Monitor productivity, wastage, rework, delivery performance, and operational costs.




- Report operational challenges and improvement plans to management.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Mandatory: Prior work experience in the signage industry is compulsory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in signage production, printing, fabrication, or operations management.
- Proven ability to manage signage production and installation teams.
- Practical knowledge of signage materials, printing processes, fabrication techniques, and installation requirements.
- Strong planning, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, production costing, material wastage, and job scheduling.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Excel, job tracking systems, or ERP software.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Good communication and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Operations Management, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a digital printing, advertising, signage fabrication, or branding company.
- Experience managing multiple production teams or workshop locations.
